How your Habit Rating works
- Today is how you’re doing against your plan right now: what you’ve done, measured against what your plan said to do by this time of day. It moves the moment you log.
- Overall is the average of your tracker ratings over your last 14 days. Recent days count most; a day two weeks ago counts about a quarter as much as today.
- Each day scores how much of your goal you reached, up to 100. Meds and routines score taken of due; a skipped dose counts as not taken.
- Your day shows how much of today’s plan is done, where the plan says you should be by now, and the whole day as the goal.
- At risk is the one change that lets your plan reach your goals. A plan that adds up to less than a goal caps your rating even on a perfect day.
- It’s a habit rating, not a health score. It measures how closely you follow the plan you set, nothing else.
The three bands
| Band | Rating | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Locked in | 85 and up | The plan is running; a missed day barely shows |
| On track | 70 to 84 | Most days count; one habit is usually the one slipping |
| Getting there | under 70 | The plan is new, or more days are missed than kept |
Your ratings by habit
Hydro, Protein, RX, Sleep, Move and Dental Rating, one for each habit you track; your Habit Rating is their average. Track only water and your Habit Rating is your Hydro Rating.
Your first days
For your first two days the app reads Building your rating. Today works from your first log.
What your clinic sees
If you share with a clinic, it sees which of its own items you took or skipped, day by day. It never sees your Habit Rating.
The only number that rates the habits you chose, forgives a bad day, and tells you what to fix.
